Tan Phu District Overview
Tan Phu is one of 24 districts of the city bordering with District 6, District 11, District 12, Tan Binh District, and Binh Tan District. The district is divided into 11 wards and the population (2013) was estimated to be about 442,000 people. The total area of Tan Phu District is about 16 kilometers squared.
Tan Phu was a ward in Tan Binh District before 1975 that has been established by combining the Tan Son Nhi Ward and Phu Tho Hoa Ward and later become a district on its own in 2003, a house of many historical attractions.
How to Get to Tan Phu District
The distance from the center of the city to Tan Phu District is about 10 kilometers.
