Can Gio is the only coastal district of Ho Chi Minh City and it is located in the Southeast region of the dynamic city. The district is mostly associated with a sensitive ecosystem, the unique mangrove forest and the beautiful beach where you can embrace the sun, sea and the soft sand. Regarded as among the most affordable destinations ever in Ho Chi Minh City, Can Gio is also famous for the irreplaceable simplicity with such homely feelings from mother nature, an interesting combination of natural things that you can hardly find anywhere.

The district area is divided into one town and 6 communes including An Thoi Dong, Binh Khanh, Long Hoa, Ly Nhon, Tam Thon Hiep, and Thanh An. And on this island district, there are 69 isles that contribute their own beauty to the whole of the district.

The night is a good time to go out for delicious seafood, having a drink with your buddies or just walking around to see how the district looks at night. A walk on the soft sand at the beach to feel the life at a slower pace, seeing the sleeping boats, and observing small waves under the moon are some of the best things you can do to make full use of the nightlife in Can Gio.
Moreover, night fishing can be another highlight of the nightlife in Can Gio. This activity is for everyone including the local and foreign tourists seeking a try. Fishing at sea is more challenging than in lakes and ponds as fishes living under the sea are bigger and have greater speed. However, it is also rewarding because there is a larger amount of fish.
